Term & Duration of a Trademark

A registered trademark in India is valid for 10 years from the date of registration. It can be renewed indefinitely subject to payment of the prescribed renewal fee under the Trademarks Act, 1999. An application for renewal can be filed within six months from the expiry of the last registration, ensuring your brand remains continuously protected.
