BSCI is a comprehensive monitoring system designed to improve social standards across global supply chains. Rather than a certification scheme, it operates as a structured auditing framework using SA 8000 as best practice — helping factories and companies enhance working conditions, improve management systems, and boost competitiveness. We guide you through the entire BSCI process, helping your organisation meet social compliance requirements and build a responsible, ethical supply chain.

Our process
Self-Assessment & Preparation
We guide your facility through the BSCI self-assessment submission and document preparation, ensuring all records are available in local language or English and a Declaration of Consent is signed before the audit begins.
On-Site Audit
An accredited independent auditor conducts a comprehensive site inspection – covering manufacturing areas, worker interviews, and record checks — to verify compliance with the BSCI Code of Conduct and SA 8000 requirements.
Reporting & Registration
Audit findings are compiled into a detailed written report in English and entered into the BSCI database, ensuring mutual recognition of results by all participating BSCI member companies globally.
Corrective Actions & Re-Audit
Where non-conformities are identified, we support you in implementing effective corrective actions within the qualification phase, verified through a follow-up re-audit and recorded in the BSCI database.
Registration Renewal & SA 8000 Upgrade
BSCI registration is valid for 3 years, after which a renewal audit is required. We also support your optional upgrade to SA 8000 certification, covering all BSCI requirements and monitored through semi-annual surveillance audits.
